Ace Community College Expresses Appreciation to ESDC for Supporting the "Intercultural Trades Skills Enhancement Program" to Empower Future Tradespeople.

Surrey, 16 August 2024: Ace Community College extends its heartfelt gratitude to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) for its support through the Canadian Apprenticeship Strategy (CAS) for the “Intercultural Trades Skills Enhancement Program.” This initiative represents a significant step forward in addressing multifaceted challenges within the Red Seal skilled trades, particularly in the Construction and Industrial Electrician trades.

The “Intercultural Trades Skills Enhancement Program” is designed to address the urgent need for providing hands-on skills training within the Construction and Industrial Electrician trades. Thanks to the Canadian Government’s support, we will acquire state-of-the-art equipment, providing our apprentices with the tools necessary to thrive in this evolving economy.
