ACE Community College facility has over 6 huge classrooms and meeting spaces that can fit over 100 students auditorium style and upto 50 students classroom style . This brand new facility , equipped with brand new 72-Inch 4K Ultra HD LED TV , Flipchart, whiteboard, ceiling mounted digital projector, audio speakers and much more including access to state of the art lunchroom.

Rooms can be reserved up to 6 months in advance. Please make sure to reserve for the entire time you need the room, including any set up and clean up time. Groups will not be able to access the room early, or stay late.

When using the meeting room:

• Respect room capacity limits. Fire regulations set the maximum number of people allowed in each room.
• Enter at the beginning of your reservation, and leave the room promptly by the end of your reservation.
• Set up and clean up the meeting room within your reserved time.
• Keep noise at an acceptable level to avoid disturbing other patrons.
• Be respectful when dealing with  staff.
• If the terms and conditions you have agreed to are not followed, your group may be asked to leave the premises.
