Green Energy Installer Program
The Green Energy Installer program is a fully funded training designed for students passionate about renewable energy. This flexible, student-focused certification emphasizes hands-on training using industry-standard equipment in a workshop. Integrated theory complements the practical learning, preparing students for real-world success in the green energy sector. The BCCA Future Builders aims to equip individuals with skills in green energy construction to improve their employability. It includes employability skills training and green energy skills training, focusing on solar, electric, and wind technologies.
Requirements for Enrollment
Participants should be able to work in canada and should meet one of the following:

Learning Objectives

- Installation of solar electric systems on various buildings, including residential and commercial structures.
- Proficient use of hand tools, encompassing both manual and powered tools, for the installation of racking and modular components.
- Maintenance of a safe and organized work site, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Adherence to workplace safety standards, including the utilization of personal protective equipment such as fall arrest gear, aerial lift platforms, and breathing apparatus.
